More Information For Schools About The Project
Below you will find more information about the easy-to-manage project. The project requires little administration as we take care of most of it for you. You only need to get the children to produce the designs and then promote them!
- 25% of the order value from each sale will go directly to your school once the project ends.
- You submit 12 pieces of artwork to go on sale to local businesses for their Corporate Christmas Card
- These 12 artworks can be produced within an art club environment, or they can be 12 artworks from last year's Christmas Card Project.
- The administration of the project is done online. We set up an account for your school on the corporate.apfs.org.uk website and you decide what you want on the back of the cards.
- From within this account, you can also scan and upload the artworks.
- We provide you with ALL the marketing material so that you can make this project a success. This includes a template letter for businesses and parents, and a template letter to use in your local press.
- Businesses that you have promoted to will log on to our website and input your school's access code so they can only see your school's designs.
- From there, businesses will be able to view, customise and order cards.
- Choice of designs, choice of font and compose your own greeting, all free of charge.
- Company logo can be included inside the card - free of charge.
- The project runs until the 1st of December when we stop accepting orders for cards.
