FAQs for Schools
Can any art materials be used to produce the artworks?
Yes, with the exception of GLITTER as this can contaminate other artworks and damage machinery in the process. We also strongly advise against the use of metallic materials as these do not always reproduce well because they are light reflective.
Can collages be reproduced?
Yes, however some shadowing may be caused if the collage is built up more than 3mm.
Are we able to use a coloured paper or card?
Yes, bold colours work really well, however black may not reproduce as well as an alternative colour.
Can computer art designs be reproduced?
Yes, these reproduce well but must be A4 in size and dimension.
Can pictures be landscape and portrait?
Yes, both orientations are welcome.
Can less than 12 designs be submitted?
Yes, it is possible that your Art Club work on one design together. However, we believe if there is more of a choice, you have a higher possibility of gaining interest from local businesses.
What if we have problems scanning or uploading?
Your first port of call should be your ICT department. If this fails, you can contact our team on 0800 027 1939 who will advise you further.
When will we receive fund-raising profit?
As soon as the sales window closes in mid-September you will be issued a cheque from Art Projects for Schools. You can view your current fund-raising progress by logging in to your school account on our website.
What happens if a business reaches the corporate.apfs.org.uk website and has no access code?
They can acquire one by phoning our support team on 0800 027 1939 and quoting the school name they wish to purchase from.

Is there an additional charge for postage, envelopes, logos etc?
No, our prices are fully inclusive, there are no extra charges!
I have lost my access code / I was not given an access code - where can I obtain one?
Check any marketing materials you were presented with from the school, the access code should be clearly stated. If this is not the case, please contact either the school or the APFS team on 0800 027 1939.
How long will delivery take after receiving my order?
You will receive your finished cards within 10 working days (not including bank holidays or weekends).
I have my own artwork that I would like turned into a Corporate card, is this possible?
Yes, please contact 0800 027 1939 and ask for a member of the corporate team.
